These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at multiplayersecurity.com (the "Website") and all products, services, and applications offered by Multiplayer Security ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.
By creating an account, placing an order, scheduling an installation, subscribing to monitoring services, or otherwise using any service provided by Multiplayer Security, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Multiplayer Security.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.
To access certain features of our services, including the mobile application and online account portal, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes or PINs associated with your security system. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Multiplayer Security shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
All prices displayed on our Website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you submit your order or sign your service agreement. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout or on your invoice where required by law.
Payment for equipment and installation services is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly monitoring and service fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again and notify you via email. If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend monitoring services and/or restrict access to cloud storage features until the outstanding balance is paid. Equipment installed at your property remains the property of Multiplayer Security until all payment obligations are fulfilled, where applicable under your service agreement.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on new installations. If you are not satisfied with your system within 30 days of installation, contact us to discuss resolution options, which may include system adjustments, equipment replacement, or a refund of equipment and installation costs. Monthly monitoring fees paid during the guarantee period are non-refundable. After the 30-day guarantee period, equipment sales are final except where covered by manufacturer warranty.
Professional installation is included with all service plans unless otherwise specified. Installation appointments are scheduled at mutually agreeable times. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for installation, maintenance, and repair purposes.
Our technicians will assess your property during installation and may recommend adjustments to the planned system configuration based on site conditions. Any significant changes to the agreed-upon system design will be discussed with you before implementation.
You are responsible for ensuring that installation does not violate any homeowner association rules, lease agreements, or local regulations. Multiplayer Security is not responsible for obtaining permits that may be required in your jurisdiction, though we will provide documentation to assist with permit applications upon request.
Our 24/7 professional monitoring service connects your security system to our UL-listed monitoring center. When an alarm is triggered, our trained operators follow established protocols to verify the alarm, contact you or your designated emergency contacts, and dispatch appropriate emergency services when necessary.
Monitoring services require a reliable internet connection and/or cellular communication path. You are responsible for maintaining internet service at your property. Our systems include cellular backup communication, but optimal performance requires both internet and cellular connectivity.
You agree to provide and maintain accurate emergency contact information, including names, phone numbers, and passwords or safe words for alarm verification. You must update this information promptly when changes occur.
Multiplayer Security is not liable for delays in emergency response caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, power outages, internet or cellular service disruptions, incorrect contact information provided by you, or failure of third-party emergency services to respond.
Equipment ownership terms vary by plan. Under our Essential, Premium, and Ultimate plans, equipment is provided as part of your service agreement and remains the property of Multiplayer Security for the duration of your active service. Upon cancellation, you may be required to return equipment or purchase it at a depreciated value as specified in your service agreement.
All equipment carries the manufacturer's original warranty. Multiplayer Security provides an additional one-year installation warranty covering workmanship and configuration. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
All content on the Multiplayer Security Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and documentation, is the property of Multiplayer Security or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The Multiplayer Security name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of Multiplayer Security. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Video footage and system data captured by your security system belong to you. We access this data only as necessary to provide monitoring services, technical support, or as required by law. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MULTIPLAYER SECURITY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, PROPERTY, OR SECURITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MULTIPLAYER SECURITY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Security systems are designed to reduce the risk of loss but cannot guarantee prevention of all criminal activity, fire, or other emergencies. Our services are a deterrent and detection tool, not an absolute guarantee of safety.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Multiplayer Security and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in the state where you reside. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, except that Multiplayer Security will pay filing fees for claims under $10,000.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Multiplayer Security.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms of your specific plan. Month-to-month plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual plans may be cancelled with 30 days notice, though early termination fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to Multiplayer Security.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
Multiplayer Security shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, pandemic, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, or labor disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements you enter into, constitute the entire agreement between you and Multiplayer Security regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
